  1. 按鍵抹油
    Oiling
  2. 按鍵、鍵皮墊、彈弓及按鍵體連絡調較
    Key, pads & spring adjustment & key re-alignment
  3. 更換笛頭反射板軟木、鍵皮墊、軟木及毛氈(如有需要)
    Headjoint cork, pads, cork & felt replacement (if needed)
每個時段每枝長笛檢查費用 Service Fee per timeslot per flute :
Muramatsu長笛優惠價Special offer for Muramatsu flutes : HK$500
其他品牌長笛Other flutes : HK$600
此檢查服務為通利琴行客戶優先，客戶登記時必需提供欲檢查之長笛的通利琴行購買單據及笛身編號。
This is a Tom Lee Music customers prioritized service. Customers are required to provide the Tom Lee purchase inovice no. and the serial number of the flute for checking.
注意事項Remarks:
客人於登記時可選擇欲接受檢查服務的大約時段，確實檢查服務時段，將以抽籤方式決定。如同一時段的登記人數多於可接受檢查的名額，登記時能提供閣下準備檢查之長笛的通利琴行單據編號者，將獲優先；如能提供單據編號的登記人數仍多於可接受檢查的名額，將以抽籤決定名額。登記前，請先細閱以下事項：
Please select the desired timeslot for the check-up service during registration. The actual timeslot will be allocated by drawing lots. In case the registrations exceeds the available time slots, priority will be given to registrants who can provide the Tom Lee invoice number of the flute that is going to be checked. If the number of prioritized registrations still exceeds the number of available time slots, it will be allocated by drawing lots. Please read the below remarks carefully before process:
  1. 每個時段只可為每名客人檢查一支長笛，每枝長笛檢查需時約20-30分鐘，每名客人最多只可登記兩枝長笛。
    Each timeslot is capable of checking one flute only. The check-up service time of each flute will last around 20-30 minutes. Each customer can register a maximum of two registrations, each registration for one time slot only.
  2. 每個檢查服務時段之登記名額均設有上限。
    Registration quota is set for each timeslot.
  3. 完成登記者將會收到電郵通知，確認通利琴行已收到閣下的登記。
    A notification email will be sent to registrants who completed the registration.
  4. 截止登記後，將會根據登記者所選的時段，以隨機抽籤方式決定確認檢查服務時段及名額。中籤者將會個別收到付款通知電郵，通知及確認其名額、檢查服務時間及付款詳情。
    According to the timeslot selected, the actual check-up service timeslot will be allocated by drawing lots after the registration deadline. Successful registrants will receive an email notification for his/her timeslot and payment details.
  5. 如參加者於截止登記一星期後仍未收到付款通知電郵，則可視作未能中籤。
    Registrants who do not receive an email notification for payment 1 week after the registration deadline may consider their registrations unsuccessful.
  6. 中籤者需於指定限期內依照付款通知電郵內之指示，完成網上付款，並經系統核實後，其檢查服務名額方會被確認。
    Successful registrants must secure the timeslot with online payment by following the instructions stated in the email notification.
  1. 如中籤者未能於7天內完成網上付款以確認其檢查服務時段，其時段將會發配予後補名單上的登記者而不作另行通知。
    Timeslots that have not been confirmed by online payment within 7 days will be released to registrants on the waiting list without further notice.
  2. 檢查服務名額被確認後，閣下將會收到確認付款電郵作實。
    Successful registrants will receive an email confirmation to secure their timeslot after payment is confirmed.
  3. 檢查服務名額一經確認後，所有已繳付之費用將不設退款及不可轉讓。
    Once the payment is confirmed, the registration fee will not be refunded or transferred in any circumstances.
  1. 請於指定檢查服務時段15分鐘前到達活動地點，遲到者須待適當時候方可接受檢查服務，通利琴行有限公司保留最終決定遲到者接受檢查服務之方式及權利。
    Please arrive 15 minutes before your time slot. Tom Lee Music Co., Ltd reserves the right to determine the time latecomers will be admitted.
  2. 請於接受檢查服務前，向職員出示確認付款電郵。
    Please present the payment confirmation email to our staff upon receiving the check-up service.
  3. 職員將會核對客人攜帶並接受檢查服務的長笛型號和笛身編號，是否與登記資料完全一樣。
    Our staff will confirm the flute bring along for check-up service is identical to that on the registration form.
  4. 客人有責任確保活動當日所攜帶之長笛，與登記資料完全相同，如有任何差異，通利琴行有限公司有權視乎該長笛品牌、型號、規格及狀態而收取差額，或取消其檢查服務名額。
    Customers should ensure their flutes bring along for check-up service are identical to that on the registration form. If there are any differences, Tom Lee Music Co., Ltd reserves the right to charge the amount differences depending on the flute brand, model, specification and condition, or cancel the reserved check-up service.
  5. 每個時段只可為每名客人檢查一支長笛，每枝長笛檢查需時約20-30分鐘。
    Each timeslot is capable for checking one flute only. The check-up service time of each flute will last around 20-30 mintues.
  6. 如有任何爭議，通利琴行有限公司擁有最終決定權。
    In case of any dispute, the decision of Tom Lee Music Co., Ltd is final.
