參賽者不得更改比賽日期及時間，若未能如期出席，將被視為放棄資格，並不設退款，承辦單位保留最終決定權。
Contestants are not allowed to change the date and time of the competition. If they do not attend as scheduled, they will be deemed to absent and disqualifications and no refund will be provided. The organizing committee reserves the sole and absolute right to make final and conclusive decisions.
請參賽者於指定報到時間到場登記，承辦單位保留取消遲到參賽者的參賽資格最終決定權。
Please arrive at the venue at designated reporting time. The organizing committee reserves the right to disqualify the contestants who are late.
參賽者必須於報到時出示此確認信、相關資質證明(如適用)，及與登記表填報證件號碼一致的附照片身份證明文件正本，以供報到時核對身份。如身份證明文件上所顯示之資料與報名時的資料不符合，參賽者將即時被取消資格。若即場需更改任何資料，須收取港幣200元正行政費，所有費用不設退款及轉換。
Please bring along this email, relevant qualification document (if any), and the original photo identification document that matches the registered document number upon check-in for identity verification. The organizing committee reserves the right to disqualify and exclude any applicants whose information do not match the application details. If any information needs to be changed on-site, a non-refundable administrative fee of HKD 200 will be charged.

參賽者於比賽時必須攜帶一套演奏曲目之原裝或副本樂譜供評委參考，演奏完畢後即時歸還。中國總決賽組的決賽輪必須背譜。
Contestants MUST bring original or copy music score for judge’s reference and it will be returned immediately after performance. The final round of the China Final Categories must memorize the music score.
承辦單位不會提供鋼琴輔助踏板。如有需要，參賽者自備鋼琴輔助踏板，並需自行安裝及拆除。
The organizing committee will not provide piano extension pedal. If needed, contestants should bring their own piano extension pedal and install by themselves.
比賽時間將視乎比賽當天的實際情況而變動，有機會延遲或提早完結，比賽結束後將即場公佈成績及頒獎；專業組預計比賽時間不超過 3 小時；業餘規定曲目組預計比賽時間不超過 2 小時，請參賽者預留足夠時間比賽。
The competition time will be changed depending on the actual situation on the competition day, and it may be delay or end early, results and awards will be announced on site after the competition. The estimated competition time for Professional Group will not exceed 3 hours ; The estimated competition time for Amateur Required Repertoire Group will not exceed 2 hours. Please reserve enough time for the competition.
比賽過程中會有特許工作人員攝影及錄影，陪同者只可在陪同的參賽者演奏時以靜音模式攝影或錄影，並需關掉閃光燈，其他人士不得攝影、錄音或錄影。
During the competition, there will be authorized staff taking photographs and recording videos. Accompanying individuals may only take photos or videos in silent mode while the participant they are accompanying is performing, and they must turn off the flash. No other individuals are allowed to take photos, record audio, or make videos.
承辦單位擁有其參加者所有上載相片及影片之使用權，一切版權歸承辦單位所有。承辦單位有最終權利決定是否採用參加者的相片及影片，演出相片及影片將會發佈於通利琴行、通利音樂中心、STEINWAY & SONS的社交平台，或其他宣傳平台。
The copyright of all photos and videos belong to the organizing committee. The organizing committee reserves the final right to decide whether to adopt the contestant's photos and videos. All photos and videos may post on Tom Lee Music, Tom Lee Music Academy, STEINWAY & SONS social media platform or other promotional platforms.
如天文台於比賽前兩小時發出八號或以上之颱風警告信號或黑色暴雨警告信號，比賽將延期舉行，詳情會於稍後公佈；如懸掛三號風球以下或黃/紅色暴雨警告訊號，比賽將如期舉行。
The competition will be postponed if the Observatory issues a typhoon warning signal No. 8 or above or a black rainstorm warning signal two hours before the competition. The organizer will announce after the day; if a typhoon signal below No. 3 or a yellow/red rainstorm warning signal is hoisted, the competition will be held as scheduled.
所有排名證書、獎項只會派發一次，在任何情況下均不會重發。
All ranking certificates and awards will be distributed only once and will NOT be reissued under any circumstances.
承辦單位將保留你的比賽資料作處理，直至比賽完結三個月之後，如有任何獎項或證書遺失，或未領回，將全部報銷，在任何情況下均不會重發。
The organizing committee will keep your personal details for three months after the competition end for service purposes. After which it will be deleted from our records and will NOT be reissued under any circumstances.
承辦單位有權修改比賽規則、獎品內容及評委會成員，如有修改，恕不另行通告。
Rules, regulations, awards and judging panel are subject to change without prior notice.
若有任何爭議，承辦單位保留最終決定權。
The organizing committee reserves the rights for final decision.
